How It Works

Every RareSparkle piece is made with intention, either fully made to order or produced in small, limited runs. Here’s exactly what to expect when you order.

1. Choose your piece

Browse the collection and select your size and colour. Use the size guide on each product page, or email us if you’d like personal advice.

2. Secure your order

Pay a 50% deposit to reserve your piece. You can also choose to pay in full at checkout if you prefer. Once your payment is received, your order is confirmed and production begins.

3. We make it for you

Your piece is crafted in limited quantities. This usually takes 3–4 weeks from confirmation. We’ll keep you updated along the way.

4. Balance & shipping

When your piece is ready, we’ll send you the invoice for the remaining balance. Once paid, your order is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

A few important notes

•  Because we work in small runs, once a size is gone, it is gone until a future production.

•  You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, deposits are non-refundable as production will have started.

•  International shipping is available to select destinations. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
